Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and in a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen you relationship.

Group Therapy

Small therapy groups, meets once per week usually for 8 weeks, current group topic is on Healthy Relationships.

Trauma & PTSD

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

Coaching

coaching is aimed at helping the clients achieve personal and professional goals, overcome obstacles, and improve their overall well-being. Life coaches work with clients to identify their strengths, values, and aspirations, and then develop strategies and action plans to facilitate progress towards these goals.
